Faulkner did a good job with my transmission; however, my complaint lies with the original transmission itself. I would expect original equipment to last more than 70K of normal city driving. I would also expect some type of warranty on the reman Faulkner installed. Am I inheriting the same problem in another 70K? I definitely will NOT buy another Nissan from Faulkner nor anyone else. My 2000 Honda Fit runs like a champ with over 127K on it and will still be going strong until the doors fall off!

I went in for a routine oil change for a leased vehicle and left with a brand new 2019 Rogue in the exact color I wanted along with the upgraded safety features. The staff worked with me to get financing and a payment that I could afford. Shannan was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and made the car buying experience fun!

Update 9/8/19:I received a follow up call from one of the managers, Ben. Ben was quite understanding and helpful. After we discussed the concern, both the customer service issue and the tire issue, Ben was more than willing to correct it. The fact that he reached out was impressive. We both agreed there were concerns and they were willing to address them. That goes a long way as there are car dealers that would tell you to pound sand....Faulkner did not. Thank you.Originally posted 9/5/19:I purchased an "executive demo" from them. Nice truck and I'm pleased thus far. I think they swapped out the tires and put a used set on the truck though. 6500 miles on the truck and the tires are almost down to the wear bars. It's been about a month since purchasing it. The young lady that works the Internet sales was great! Victoria I believe is her name. Very friendly and was quite interested in our purchase. Called me immediately when I inquired about the vehicle to begin with. Y'all need more associates like her. The salesman, xxxx, well....I'm still waiting on knowing the service history of the Titan I bought. You were going to email me that or check on it. xxxx barely went over the vehicle with me. Set my phone up, but did not go over the controls, options or anything else. Very disappointing. The finance manager....now there's a winner! xxxxx....he was more worried about selling me an extended warranty. When I realized what he was doing with his piece of paper divided into four corners, I stopped him. Told him outright I am not interested, but he still tried. I finally said if you want me to sign something stating you covered it, I will. During the process at one point he asked "how much do you have in your accounts", meaning my bank account. Seriously! That is/was none of his g-d business and wasn't on the loan application. You do not ask those types of questions. They need to work on things at the end of the day. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the last 35 years. They didn't even take the time to show you around complex, take you to the service area, introduce you to the parts department or as mentioned go over the vehicle with you. What a shame.
